Introduction of Liquid STP
The Liquid STP Investment Approach's objective is to primarily invest the client’s capital in the units of Liquid Funds, Liquid ETFs, Overnight Funds or simply as bank balance and further transfer the capital in systematic tranches to the Investment Approach selected by the client.
Investors can avail themselves of this facility by choosing either 5 monthly instalments (20% of the intended capital) or 10 fortnightly instalments (10% of the intended capital) for their capital deployment.
sTP PROCESS
ILLUSTRATION ON FUNCTIONALITY OF STP MODULE
- Investor's switch process will be defined based on the selection:
a) Monthly: 20% of the capital
b) Fortnightly: 10% of the capital - Application received before the last business day of the month would be considered for deployment on 1st or 15th of the subsequent month.
- Period: 5 Months Illustration given as below:
